China trade agency to offer firms force majeure certificates amid coronavirus outbreak

The move by the China Council for The Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), officially accredited with Beijing's Commerce Ministry, was announced late on Thursday and comes with the death toll in the country from the virus topping 200.
