Election Tracker LIVE: The Congress working committee is meeting in Delhi today to discuss election preparedness for the upcoming Lok Sabha polls. Congress president Rahul Gandhi is presiding over the meeting and the CWC is expected to announce names of a few new faces and release its election manifesto after the same.
